Her Interview

Ten minutes with Nicole

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to two key influences: my mother, whose dedication to education instilled in me a lifelong commitment to excellence, and the need to constantly prove myself throughout my career—often having to be “twice as good” to be recognized and accepted. That drive has become who I am, and now I carry it into my own company, doing the work for myself and creating impact on my own terms.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this field is to find the niche that truly aligns with your passions and build the skills to excel in it. Be intentional about your work, your health, and your network, and be prepared for the hard work that comes with visible roles like speaking or podcasting. Above all, take ownership of your career—create your own opportunities and protect your professional identity so you can be recognized and found.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field right now are widespread job losses among women and shifting DEI dynamics, which are pushing many to reevaluate their career paths. At the same time, there are significant opportunities in solopreneurship, strategically leveraging AI, and responding to the growing demand for workplace wellness and resilience programs. Emerging trends in health, longevity, and innovative clinical approaches also open new avenues for impact and growth.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are intentionality, resilience, and education, guiding both my personal and professional life. I prioritize being present and available for my son, striving for balance and longevity, while using my faith and commitment to excellence to help people and organizations thrive.
