I attribute my success to the people who went above and beyond for me, as well as my own hard work and commitment to being mission-driven. Their support and guidance, combined with my dedication, have helped me achieve my goals and make a meaningful impact in my work.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is not to assume I know less just because I’m the youngest person in the room. Confidence in my knowledge and perspective has allowed me to contribute meaningfully, learn quickly, and grow in every opportunity.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering the industry to do what makes them happy, find their passion, keep learning, and always have a strong “why” guiding their work. Staying connected to purpose makes challenges manageable and success more meaningful.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now include overcoming being dismissed for being the youngest person in the room, while also embracing the chance to learn something new every day. These experiences push me to grow, adapt, and continuously expand my expertise.
