Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the people who have taken the time to invest in my growth, along with my own commitment to continuous learning and producing high-quality work. Their guidance has shaped my perspective, and I’ve built on that by being intentional, reliable, and focused on delivering work that has real impact.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is not to assume I know less just because I’m the youngest person in the room. Confidence in my knowledge and perspective has allowed me to contribute meaningfully, learn quickly, and grow in every opportunity.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering the industry to do what makes them happy, find their passion, stay curious, and always have a strong “why” guiding their work. Staying connected to purpose makes challenges manageable and success more meaningful.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

A key challenge right now is navigating the increasing complexity of data, policy, and implementation in public health. However, that complexity also creates an opportunity to think more critically, stay agile, and continuously strengthen how we translate data into meaningful impact.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are passion, impact, transparency, and continuous improvement. I strive to bring energy, honesty, and collaboration to everything I do.
