01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If you are passionate about something, keep going. Don't give up. You know, you can be a woman, a mother and have a career. I'm a mom of four. I just had a child a few months ago and I'm still building my career and doing what I'm passionate about. You find the balance, you make it work, and you make a difference in the world, and your children see it.
