Her Interview
Ten minutes with Nicole
01What do you attribute your success to?
My mom and dad taught my brother and I at a young age that you need to work hard, try your best, be honest, and be a good person. I can thank them for the majority of what I've done in life.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You're only as good as your last job. It taught me to show up, do your best, leave a good impression because so much of it was word of mouth.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do your best, stand up for yourself and stand up for your crew. Especially as a woman that is not white who looks young, people may not trust your experience, so stand up for yourself and your people.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family (mom, dad, brother), faith (as a Christian woman trusting God's plan), and relationships (with boyfriend, friends, coworkers).
