She attributes her success to strong, supportive leadership, which has played a crucial role in her professional growth and achievements.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Her advice to young women entering the industry is: If it doesn’t make you happy, don’t do it. Find a role that aligns with your personality and values, and don’t mold yourself to fit a position that doesn’t fit you. Choose work that excites you—when you enjoy what you’re doing, it doesn’t feel like work. Stay true to yourself, follow your instincts, and stick to your principles.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to her in both work and personal life center on creativity, connection, and balance. She values spending quality time with family—especially her new granddaughter—staying active and enjoying the outdoors, and finding joy in hobbies like arts and crafts, diamond art painting, and music. She also cherishes community engagement, attending events, and fostering meaningful relationships, while embracing experiences that bring happiness and fulfillment.
