Her Interview
Ten minutes with Nicole
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God, knowing I would not have made it this far without Him. My faith keeps me grounded and focused, while the unwavering support of my family and friends continues to encourage and inspire me.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Stay focused and believe in yourself. If you can envision it, you can achieve it...so keep moving forward. Remember, every setback brings a valuable lesson.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If it’s something you’re truly passionate about, go for it. Don’t let other people’s opinions or actions distract you from your path. Sometimes, you have to become the trailblazer of your own life. Take the leap even when it feels scary, keep moving forward, and protect your peace by tuning out the noise.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest challenges in the travel industry is how quickly things can change. Staying informed about current trends and real-time disruptions, such as grounded flights, is essential. Especially when assisting clients who may be delayed or stranded. Being prepared to respond quickly and find alternative arrangements helps ensure clients feel supported during unexpected situations.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My faith comes first. It keeps me grounded, focused, and guided in everything I do. I also value dependability and make it a priority to be accessible to my clients when they need me. For me, providing exceptional service means being present, responsive, and ready to show up when it matters most.
