Her Story
About Nicole
Nicole has built a dynamic career in talent management, production, and artist representation by combining creativity, strategic thinking, and an unwavering commitment to helping others succeed. With more than 15 years of experience in the entertainment and creative industries, she currently serves as Director of Distinct Artists under Stuart Talent, where she oversees talent development, strategic partnerships, and agency growth across multiple markets. Her career journey reflects a willingness to take risks, embrace change, and continuously evolve within an industry that thrives on innovation and relationships.
Nicole began her professional journey while attending Florida International University, taking a part-time accounting role at a creative studio despite it being outside her intended career path. Recognizing it as an opportunity to enter the production and entertainment world, she immersed herself in learning every aspect of the business. After graduating in 2013, she transitioned into production, working her way from junior producer to producer while gaining valuable mentorship and hands-on industry experience. She later joined Wilhelmina International, where she expanded into talent representation and advanced from agent to senior agent. Following a move from Miami to Chicago, Nicole joined Distinct Artists, where she helped lead the agency’s rebrand and played a pivotal role in building and expanding the division into a nationally recognized boutique agency representing artists across theater, commercial, print, voiceover, beauty, and fashion industries.
Today, Nicole continues to lead with a collaborative and people-first approach, focusing on talent development, relationship building, and strategic growth while reconnecting with the Miami creative community after recently returning home to Florida. She is passionate about advocating for others, especially young women entering competitive industries, encouraging them to believe in themselves and never let fear of rejection limit their ambitions. Guided by values rooted in family, integrity, compassion, and wellness, Nicole credits much of her success to gratitude, perseverance, and the support of those around her. Her ability to help shape and grow creative divisions from the ground up remains one of the accomplishments she is most proud of, reflecting both her entrepreneurial mindset and dedication to empowering creative professionals.

Ten minutes with Nicole
01What do you attribute your success to?
I really attribute my success to being rooted in gratitude and having an incredible support system of friends and family who have been there for me throughout my journey. My number one driver and motivation is my son, who keeps me going every day, but I'm also motivated by myself and my own goals. The key for me has been staying grounded in gratitude while pushing forward with the support of the people who matter most to me.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell young women entering this field to believe in yourself and don't be afraid to advocate for yourself. Don't let the fear of rejection get in the way of what you want to achieve. Especially when you're starting off and you're younger, you just want to get in, so you'll do what you can, but it's so important to stand up for yourself and not let rejection hold you back.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is absolutely the most important value to me, along with health and wellness. I believe in just being a good person and operating with integrity and compassion for others. Honestly, the thing I find most value in is being able to help others. These values guide both my professional work and my personal life.
