Nicole Simi, MBA

Nicole Simi, MBA, is an onboarding and operations leader in the recruiting and staffing industry with more than 11 years of experience at Actalent. She has progressed through a series of roles spanning technical recruiting, customer administration, customer support, and onboarding operations, advancing into leadership positions with increasing responsibility. She currently serves as Onboarding Operations Assistant Manager in Phoenix, Arizona, where she oversees onboarding operations and supports the full lifecycle of contractor onboarding and offboarding, including orientations, scheduling, background and drug screening, compliance requirements, and client-specific processes.

Throughout her career, Nicole has developed expertise in team leadership, workforce operations, compliance, employee development, process improvement, and change management. In her current leadership capacity, she coaches and supervises onboarding professionals while maintaining operational standards and supporting a consistent experience for contractors and clients.
