About Nicole
Nicole Sims serves as an LPA, managing a portfolio of over 200 loans and title applications. In this role, she maintains ongoing communication with county and state offices as well as retailers and manufacturers to process paperwork. She updates spreadsheets, maintains detailed notes for upper management, and ensures all documents align with system dates through a personal filing system. Nicole works with multiple proprietary software platforms including Titan and iMenu from 21st Mortgage and handles confidential information while ensuring compliance. She brings 6 years of experience to the position after previously working as a lead teacher and substitute teacher. Nicole graduated with her BA in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Tennessee in 2026, earning Magna Cum Laude honors shortly after having two children. She is a Notary Public and was a member of the Young Professionals of Knoxville for about 2 years. Nicole attributes her success to the people she has met along the way and the constructive advice she has applied from them.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Probably the people that I've met along the way, following their advice and taking their advice in a constructive way and applying it to my life and watching it become successful.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Not everybody is thinking about you. Everyone is in their own head going about their own life thinking about their own issues. And just to stand 10 toes down on what you say.
