Nicole Smart

I've been in my field for over 15 years primarily known as the sports and DEI professional but I operate under the lens of leadership, sports, and culture. I bring that level of integration to helping individuals and organizations find their purpose, align their purpose, optimize their purpose in various environments, leveraging technology to help serve in that capacity. Prior to getting into this work, I primarily worked on the business side of professional sports for over a decade. I saw the gaps when it came to equity and inclusion. Fast forward to becoming the first diversity director on Broadway where I helped build a department from scratch when it comes to diversity and inclusion. Did that for several years before branching out to start my own thing, Smart EDI Solutions, which is the parent company for purpose tracks.
