Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I would attribute my success to leading with H.E.A.R.T. (Honesty, Equity, Accountability, Reliability and Trust). I've been fortunate to hlearn from incredible mentors, adapt to change, and stay curious. But most of all, I believe my success comes from building authentic relationships, serving with purpose, and making sure that every door I walk thorugh stays open for the next person.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't wait until you feel 100% ready to do it, take the leap. Growth lives on the other side of discomfort, so do it scared or afraid.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Own your seat at the table, don't shrink yourself because you belong here. It can feel intimidating but continue to speak up, share your perspective and know that your voice matters. AI is evolving everyday don’t hesitate get in the game and keep going.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

In the world of AI things are changing so fast and there are so many tools, it can be hard to wade through all of the data. You can get lost or become overwhelmed because there is so much out here. Also, building trust there, are many who are untrusting of this new technology and that is both a challenge and an opportunity. It's an opportunity for those of us who are now in this industry to bring our experience and expertise along with ethical practices and help explain and build trust in the industry.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In both my work and personal life, I place a high value on curiosity, creativity, and meaningful connection. I believe in never being afraid to ask questions, as it opens the door to growth, deeper understanding, and innovative solutions. Travel inspires me by broadening my perspective and teaching me to embrace new cultures and ideas, while writing a children’s book allows me to channel my creativity into something that can inspire and positively impact young minds. Hosting a podcast gives me the opportunity to share stories, spark conversations, and connect with others in an authentic way. Altogether, these passions and values shape how I approach challenges, nurture relationships, and continually seek opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute in ways that matter.
