About Nicole
Nicole Torres is a first-generation Latina, trauma-informed somatic practitioner, and leadership coach best known as The Latina Burnout Coach. Based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, she is the founder of Ouroboros Healing, where she supports BIPOC leaders, professionals, and organizations in creating sustainable success without sacrificing their well-being.
Drawing from her lived experience as a former tech and entertainment industry professional who experienced burnout firsthand, Nicole brings both credibility and compassion to her mission of disrupting hustle culture, redefining leadership through a human-centered lens, and uprooting burnout by by shining a light at the intersection of race, gender, social and cultural norms.
Nicole’s work is grounded in the belief that burnout is not a personal failure nor confined to the workplace - but a biological response to chronic stress — exasperated by unsupportive systems. She specializes in trauma-informed burnout prevention, nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, and sustainable leadership development.
Her holistic approach blends integrative somatic trauma therapy, breathwork, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), non-violent communication skills, neuroscience and a neurodiverse lense to help individuals and teams move out of survival mode and into clarity, compassion leadership, and resilience.
Through private executive coaching, group coaching corporate training, speaking engagements, and retreats, she helps organizations build psychologically safe environments, practice somatic tools for stress reduction, and lead with compassion so people and teams can thrive—not just perform.
As an emerging thought leader and advocate for equity in leadership, Nicole is especially committed to supporting BIPOC women and first-generation professionals navigating high-pressure roles. Her signature methodology and programs, including Breaking Up With Burnout, and Roadmap to Reclaiming Peace, empower clients to identify harmful cycles, heal underlying survival patterns, and reclaim their energy, boundaries, and sense of self.
Bold, values-driven, and unapologetically human, Nicole Torres is redefining what sustainable success looks like—one nervous system at a time.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to tremendous determination—a drive to persevere, adapt, and stay focused on my goals, even in the face of challenges.
I’ve learned how to work with my body - understanding the cues and messages, and listening to them!
As a neurodivergent entrepreneur I’ve learned all the ways my mind wants to control my actions, determine my motivation, and indulge in the next “shiny object”. While being neurodiverse allows me to think outside the box and focus on solutions, I my personal growth to the self compassion I’ve had to learn and the systems I’ve had to build - specifically for my unique brain.
The sooner we can find the systems, support and community that sees us and accepts us as the individual we are, the sooner we can stop trying to perfectly rearrange ourselves to fit into systems and places that weren’t built for us.
