Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to finding purpose through life’s most challenging moments. My journey began as a teacher, but persistent illness redirected me to medical billing. During the Covid pandemic, a cancer diagnosis reshaped my path once again. What started as wig making evolved into a deeper calling: supporting women facing similar battles. This led me to become a cranial prosthesis specialist and, most recently, a psychologist specialist. I often reflect, “My pain birthed my dream.”

Today, as a business owner who also offers microlocks, my greatest pride is seeing a vision realized even in the hardest seasons of life. What brings me the most fulfillment is witnessing transformation—the exact moment a client’s despair shifts into confidence and joy. It’s in those moments that my heart truly smiles.

Through every step, I’ve learned that resilience, purpose, and empathy are not just traits—they are the foundations of meaningful work and lasting impact.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is simple: if this work is in your heart, follow your passion and invest in building your skills. Don’t be afraid to give generously—whether it’s your time, your knowledge, or a small act of kindness. Giving has brought me immense love, support, and connections throughout my journey.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide both my work and personal life are empathy, resilience, and continuous growth. I believe in approaching every challenge with compassion and curiosity, seeking to make a meaningful impact on those I serve. Outside of work, I love reading and exploring the ever-evolving world of AI—both passions that inspire new ideas and broaden my perspective.
