About Nicole
Nicole Warren is a multifaceted real estate agent and entrepreneur based in Cleveland, Ohio. With more than two decades of experience in mortgage, finance, and leadership, including roles in loan processing and title work at Fortune 100 companies such as Chase and Citizens Bank, she brings a comprehensive 360-degree perspective to her current work as a realtor. She earned a BS in Business Administration and Management from David and Myers Business College and an Executive Master's in Business Management from Colorado Technical University, supplemented by certificates in project management, programming, real estate, nutrition, and personal training. Beyond real estate, Nicole owns Undeterred Health and Fitness, LLC, offering personal training and nutrition services for six years, and she regularly hosts community classes and seminars to educate buyers, sellers, and investors on home ownership. She partners annually with Buckeye Thrives community events and has taught at her family church for over 20 years. Her approach is grounded in a strong work ethic, passion for excellence, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving others, values instilled by her parents' example and her own journey through corporate and entrepreneurial paths.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I strive for excellence and having a good work ethic, putting your all into it, treating people the way you want to be treated. My mom and dad worked very hard so that work ethic is in me. Having passion about what I do, integrity, and a sense of self are key. When you know who you are, it makes things clearer to move forward.
