As Assistant Market Manager at Family Trust Federal Credit Union, she is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve financial success through education, credit guidance, and personalized support. Nicole’s expertise spans credit analysis, loan origination, and financial wellness strategies, supported by technical skills in platforms like Excel, Symitar, and Synapsys. Her love for uplifting others drives her work both inside and outside the financial sector.
Beyond her role in banking, Nicole is a multi-dimensional leader. She serves as the lead administrator for Beyond the Walls Ministry, owns and operates Truidentitees, a custom apparel business, and contributes her time as a Rotary Board Member. A graduate of Limestone University and York Technical College, Nicole combines business acumen with a deep sense of purpose.
