The best career advice I received came from a mentor who supported my growth for more than 25 years. She taught me to seek guidance, embrace opportunities, and pay it forward by helping others advance in their careers.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to keep moving forward, ask questions, and believe in yourself. Never be afraid to learn, speak up, and pursue your goals.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field is communication and ensuring other departments understand the complexities of creating and maintaining ID cards. Decisions made by other teams can affect my work, often requiring last-minute adjustments and close collaboration.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are hard work, honesty, transparency, and dependability. I believe these qualities build trust with colleagues, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and having a supportive team helps me navigate challenges effectively.
