I attribute my success to a combination of persistence, relationship-building, and adaptability. By focusing on elevating others while delivering results, I’ve been able to grow professionally and create meaningful impact within healthcare and medical device sales.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to win the right way, work hard, stay committed to your customers, and take calculated risks—lessons I learned from mentors and my parents. I’ve also found that helping others grow along the way not only strengthens teams but accelerates your own professional development.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering sales and leadership is to build strong relationships, advocate for yourself while lifting others, take smart risks, and aim to leave every interaction better than you found it, and your strong results will speak for themselves. These principles will set the foundation for lasting success.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in orthopaedic and medical device sales is navigating a male-dominated industry, where representation and advocacy for women remain critical. At the same time, the landscape is changing and there’s a tremendous opportunity to redefine sales leadership through collaboration, transparency, and building sustainable, value-driven partnerships.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both work and life are integrity, accountability, and building meaningful relationships, always striving to leave people better than I found them. I believe strong leadership comes from service, consistency, and mutual respect, while at home I prioritize family and personal well-being.
