About Nidhi
Nidhi Adrakatti recently completed her bachelor's degree in science with a major in math and economics from UCSD. Her interest in finance developed through the Hedge Fund Club at her college and an internship at ClearBridge Investments on the portfolio analytics team. She is beginning a two-year rotational program at Franklin Templeton, exploring different roles for six months each. Nidhi's main area of focus combines her economics background with quantitative analysis for macro insights. She is also serving as a research assistant to Dr. Ross Starr on a welfare economics paper, creating models in Python and other programming languages. Nidhi plans to pursue the CFA credential during her program and may seek further education such as an MBA later. Her academic honors include AP Scholar Awards from high school and consistent placement on the provost list throughout her undergraduate studies.
