Her Interview

Ten minutes with Nidhi

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my belief that every person has a unique light within them, and my purpose is to help bring that light forward through yoga. My personal practice has guided me to understand that when the mind is peaceful, the body follows, and this philosophy has shaped everything I do. "Health is the ultimate wealth". I find fulfillment in empowering and healing others through yoga, helping them overcome limitations, and guiding them toward better health and inner balance.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I received came from my husband, who encouraged me to pursue yoga professionally after seeing my dedication and passion. His support helped me realize and trust in my unlimited capacity and that my personal practice could become my life’s work. That encouragement gave me the confidence to step fully into teaching and share yoga with others. Turning my passion into purpose.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women to trust their inner calling and stay consistent in their practice. Growth in any field comes from patience, dedication, discipline, and a willingness to keep learning. Never compare or compete with anyone: "Be Your Own Competition". It is also important to lead with compassion and authenticity, because true impact comes from empowering others through your own stability and kindness.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges is helping people move beyond inertia and resistance to change so they can commit to their wellness journey. However, this also presents a strong opportunity, because when individuals are willing to learn and grow, transformation happens quickly. The field continues to expand as more people seek holistic approaches to health and stress management.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are kindness, stability, peace, and compassion. I also deeply value selfless service and the intention to add positive value to the world. Everything I do is centered around empowering others, improving well-being, and creating a sense of balance and harmony in both personal and collective life.
