Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to resilience and adaptability. After an 11-year career with Verizon ended due to organizational changes, I transitioned into commercial mortgage out of necessity. Embracing the challenge and learning quickly allowed me to turn a difficult situation into an opportunity for growth and success in a new field.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the commercial mortgage industry is to remain open to learning and to consistently go the extra mile. Developing expertise in managing property loans and related tasks requires diligence, curiosity, and a commitment to understanding client needs. Ultimately, focusing on helping people and ensuring their satisfaction will lead to long-term professional fulfillment—success is measured not just in financial results, but in the positive impact you create for others.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me are helping others, prioritizing people’s happiness, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. For me, the impact I have on others and the relationships I build are more meaningful than financial gain, and they guide both my professional and personal decisions.
