Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a foundation of faith, resilience, and collaboration. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that the most impactful results come from combining creative thinking with data-driven strategy. Working across both creative and sales performance environments has strengthened my ability to balance vision with measurable outcomes. Whether designing a brand system or coaching a team on performance metrics, I focus on building environments where people feel supported, aligned, and motivated to achieve shared goals.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I ever received was to remain authentically yourself and speak up for what you believe in. Creativity, leadership, and innovation all require confidence in your perspective. Even in situations where it feels easier to stay quiet, advocating for ideas that align with the right outcome can create real impact. That mindset has helped me navigate both creative work and leadership roles, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to projects, teams, and organizations.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don’t allow others to define your limits. The creative industry is constantly evolving, and there is room for women to lead not only in design but also in strategy, leadership, and innovation. Build your technical skills, but also develop your voice, your perspective, and your confidence. The ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking will set you apart and allow you to shape the direction of the work rather than simply execute it.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest conversations in the creative industry right now is the role of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. While these tools are changing the way we work, they also create opportunities for designers and strategists to evolve. Technology can assist with efficiency, but creativity, strategy, and human insight remain irreplaceable. The opportunity lies in learning how to leverage these tools responsibly while continuing to develop original thinking, storytelling, and strategic direction that only people can provide.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are collaboration, communication, and integrity. Whether leading creative projects or working with performance teams, I believe the best results come from environments where people feel safe sharing ideas and perspectives. Diverse viewpoints strengthen problem solving and lead to more thoughtful outcomes. My goal is always to create spaces where creativity and strategy can work together, allowing teams to produce work that is not only effective but meaningful.
