Nikhila Mamanduri

Nikhila Mamanduri serves as an operations manager in the health and wellness industry. With more than eight years of experience, she works in obesity management and the GLP industry, where she acts as a connector by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and bringing businesses and communities together through cross-referral partnerships and corporate wellness partnerships. She is a biotechnician by training, having earned a bachelor's degree in engineering and biotechnology from Lovely Professional University in Punjab, India. After three years working in the medical industry as a product executor, she moved to the United States in 2022 to pursue a master's degree in healthcare management and administration at the University of New Haven. There she served as a research assistant, received a dean's scholarship, and was inducted into the Epsilon Phi Delta honorary society. She is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Executives and the Chamber of Commerce for Conejo Valley. Nikhila is based in Los Angeles, California.
