What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my adaptability and resilience, which enable me to navigate change, grow continuously, and lead my teams effectively. Growing up across multiple countries—born in India, raised in Saudi Arabia, completing high school in Singapore, and moving to the United States at 17—has given me a global perspective and the ability to thrive in diverse environments. My academic journey, earning a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Supply Chain Analytics from Rutgers University, provided a strong foundation for my career.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the supply chain and project management field is to embrace curiosity, remain adaptable, and focus on continuous learning. Seek opportunities to grow through diverse experiences, collaborate across teams, and don’t be afraid to take on challenges that stretch your skills. Personally, my love for travel—having visited 20 countries—and my passion for summer and fall hiking have taught me the value of perspective, patience, and perseverance, all of which translate directly into success in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
