Nikita Harris

Community nonprofit leader and finance-focused operations executive based in Kansas City, Missouri. As the Founding Executive Director and CFO of Dads Against Crime (since 2020), she oversees daily operations, leads staff and volunteer teams, builds programs, and drives strategic planning to advance the organization’s mission. She also manages budgeting, accounting, reporting, and financial compliance, using analysis to support sustainable growth. His work includes grant writing and fundraising, donor and foundation relationship building, and developing partnerships with local nonprofits, small businesses, and community stakeholders. Previously, she managed property operations for Freedom Fire Urban Ministries, maintaining full occupancy and handling tenant screening, maintenance coordination, and compliant evictions, and served as a Community Consultant with GreenLight Fund evaluating programs for community fit and funding. He holds an AAS in Secure Systems Administration and Engineering (Cybersecurity) and has certifications in Psychological First Aid and cybersecurity/networking foundations.
