Data operations and retirement services leader with deep experience in defined benefit administration, implementations, and transitions. Currently serves as Data Operations Leader at Club Vita, following transition leadership at Legal & General Retirement America and implementation leadership at Mercer. Earlier roles at Xerox HR Solutions and Randstad focused on complex research and issue resolution, reporting, requirements and testing support, SLA-driven production delivery, process documentation, and cross-functional coordination across pension calculations and client obligations. Holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University–Newark.
