Nikki Lasley

Nikki Lasley brings more than two decades of experience to her work in social impact, DEI, employee experience, and culture. After five years leading employee experience, culture, and social impact initiatives at a tech company, including grant making and emergency response funding to support communities, she launched her own consultancy. The firm helps early-stage startups integrate community giving into their foundational processes. Earlier in her career, Nikki led DEI at Bank of the West, focusing on inclusive hiring and promotion practices. She also worked in the education sector, collaborating with students, parents, and institutions to enhance educational outcomes for underrepresented youth. Throughout her professional journey, she has remained dedicated to creating opportunities for underrepresented individuals.
