She is an accomplished microbiologist and scientific advisor with over a decade of experience in medical device testing, sterilization, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Senior Scientific Advisor for Microbiology and EO Sterilization at Eurofins Medical Device Services US, she advises clients on regulatory standards, develops and costs proposals for microbiology, packaging, and accelerated aging laboratory testing, and provides expert guidance on compliance with standards including USP, ISO, ASTM, and ANSI/AAMI. She previously spent nearly a decade at NAMSA, advancing from Lead Microbiologist to Business Development Associate and Technical Sales Advisor, where she managed laboratory operations, trained staff, validated sterilization processes, and supported clients on technical testing and regulatory requirements. Her earlier experience includes serving as an Endoscopy Technician and Phlebotomist at The University of Toledo and as a Research Assistant conducting cell culture, protein analysis, and laboratory management.
