Her Story
About Nikki
I am a business owner and talent acquisition expert with 10+ years of experience across agency and corporate recruiting. I began my career in staffing in 2015 and transitioned into corporate talent acquisition in 2019, designing and leading the entire recruiting function within the chemical industry and cultivating a strong, trusted network.
Today, I own a staffing agency focused on delivering high-impact hires that drive measurable business outcomes. Alongside this, I run a career coaching business dedicated to helping professionals navigate job searches, interview confidently, and position themselves for long-term success.
I am deeply passionate about empowering others, particularly working mothers, to confidently pursue career growth. My own core values combined with my professional experience and MBA have led me to build businesses rooted in impact, integrity, and results; where people and performance go hand in hand.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I really can't stress enough that while I intrinsically have a really strong work ethic and I love to work, I would be remiss if I didn't give credit to my husband. I feel like if you marry the right partner, you are unstoppable. He's the most incredible person. Even when he gets home late from a baseball game, he will usually say 'what can I do for you?' He has a servant leadership style and is a great leader of our house. He makes me want to be a better person. Also, when I gave birth to my firstborn, my daughter, it was like wow, I have such a greater purpose in life! I haven't even hit my full potential yet. Teaching my children a solid foundation of what it means to be a good communicator and what it means to be a kind person is my life's mission as a mother. They also make me want to be the best person too. The right partner and having a purpose with my kids, that's my everything.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The people thing is really, really important to me, in terms of figuring out my own core values outside of work too. I'm big into manifesting and vision boarding - you can speak into existence a good day or a bad day, so I try to do that a lot. Everything is going to be okay. You have gotten through 100% of your bad days. I try to stay even-keeled through the highs and the lows. If you get a high, pat yourself on the back and celebrate a little bit, and have that even-keeled attitude, and then the bad things won't feel so bad either. I have the confidence in my skill set and my ability to do the work, and then everything else kind of just happens. I don't try to do anything at 100%, because it's my first time on Earth too, so it's all going to work out.
