My advice to young women entering this industry is to go for your dreams with confidence and hardwork and the rest will follow.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now are the inconsistencies in the market. I attribute much of my success to the guidance of Donna Martinez, Marketing Manager at PeopleReady and Adrian Law, Branch Manager at PeopleReady.

The most important value to me in both work and personal life is to always do the right thing as well as leave everyone better than you found them.
