Ten minutes with Nikki
01What do you attribute your success to?
I love what I do. I love working with the kids, the parents, and the workers. So I enjoy doing that every day, and every day is different.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best bosses led by example. They taught me how to be compassionate towards all the workers and understand where they're coming from. I try to meet everyone where they're at so everybody can work together towards the same goal.
