Nikki Witt

She is a dedicated early childhood education leader with over 18 years of experience in preschool and early childhood program management, currently serving as Traveling Director at Premier Early Childhood Education Partners, where she supports multiple schools across Texas and Oklahoma. She also serves as Director at Avant Garde Schools Brookside. Her career includes serving as Education Coordinator at Jenks Public Schools and over 14 years as Director of Preschool at Christ the Redeemer Lutheran Church. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Oklahoma. She is recognized as a passionate, hands-on, and student-centered leader who is deeply committed to fostering high-quality early childhood education, supporting teachers, and creating nurturing environments where young children can thrive.
