About Nikkita
A Legacy of Service & Resilience
Nikkita’s commitment to helping others find hope began in 1994 as a teen hotline counselor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. That early experience taught her that in our most difficult moments, we need to be heard, seen, and supported without judgment.
This spark grew into a 30-year mission. From serving as a Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (2002–2014) to acting as a Resident Relations Specialist, Nikkita’s career has been defined by compassionate advocacy and mediation. Today, as the founder of 3asketsfull & Co., Nikkita bridges her academic foundation in Psychology with decades of "boots-on-the-ground" experience and her own life lessons. She doesn’t just teach theory—she guides from a place of proven experience.

Ten minutes with Nikkita
01What do you attribute your success to?
"I attribute my success, first and foremost, to keeping God at the center of my life and my business. Like many, I have endured life's pains and hit the pavement hard. But instead of letting those moments defeat me, I kept my faith and used it as a catapult to rise back up. I stand firmly on the truth that whatever the devil meant for evil, God meant it for my good. Success for me has been about enduring the hard times, making mistakes with grace, and learning how to smile again. I’ve come to understand that it is absolutely okay to not be okay—what matters most is choosing to grow through the difficult seasons."
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Here is the refined version with that powerful biblical principle seamlessly added to the conclusion:
"The best career advice I’ve ever received begins with keeping God first. From there, it is to never give up, tune out the noise, and trust the process. I was told to stay fiercely focused because it often takes five years of building to truly see the results of your hard work. I learned to write the vision and make it plain, remembering that the vision belongs to you and no one else.
As you grow, it is imperative to set boundaries and understand that everyone is not meant to elevate with you, so you must be highly intentional about who has access to you. Ultimately, develop the thick skin of a rhino, operate in the gifts God gave you, and He will make room for you."
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
"The best advice I can give to a young woman entering this space is to never be afraid to show up as your authentic self. When you are doing the work of helping and leading others, it is incredibly important to remain relatable. Our best lessons are our bought lessons. Do not hide your journey or your missteps, because the mistakes you learned from can be another woman's saving grace."
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
"The biggest challenge in my field is the 'pain cycle.' When individuals are navigating deep emotional transitions, they often become so consumed by the weight of their past pain that they feel it is impossible to move forward or escape toxic spaces. They lose sight of the fact that there is a way out.
However, I view this challenge as an obstacle meant to be overcome. My work is to bridge that gap—helping clients realize that the pain they’ve endured does not have to be their final chapter. By walking alongside them, asking the right questions, and utilizing my Healing in Real Time™ framework, I empower them to break those cycles, reclaim their identity, and step boldly into a life of purpose."
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
"The values that anchor my work and my personal life are deeply rooted in my faith. My first priority is always keeping God at the center of everything I do, allowing my values and decisions to be guided by purpose, integrity, and compassion.
Integrity is one of the foundations of my life. I believe in honoring my word, following through on my commitments, and leading by example. I strive to serve others with a servant’s heart while creating spaces built on encouragement, accountability, and grace.
I believe growth requires humility—the willingness to acknowledge my mistakes, learn from them, and extend grace throughout the process. I am not perfect, but I am committed to learning from every experience. Some of life’s most valuable lessons come through challenges we never expected, and those lessons are what shape our character and deepen our purpose.
Forgiveness is also a core value in both my personal journey and my work with others. I believe in the power of forgiving others while also learning to extend forgiveness to ourselves. It is my goal to not conform to what is popular, but instead to stay rooted in my morals and convictions.
Ultimately, my values are centered on faith, integrity, service, accountability, forgiveness, and authenticity. These principles guide how I show up for others and how I continue to grow into the person God has called me to become."
