Her Story
About Nimmy
I have been working in software engineering for close to 10 years. My path started in 2016 after graduating in India where I began as a Ruby on Rails developer in a small startup. I presented papers at Ruby conferences in India and Indonesia where I was a keynote speaker in 2018 on sentiment analysis for customer interaction. I then transitioned to Python, machine learning, and AI, working in R&D before joining Accenture where I focus on LLMs, agentic AI, and enterprise-gen AI applications. Outside of work, I conduct AI bootcamps and workshops teaching prompt engineering and related topics, and I started my own company with my brother developing innovative AI platforms. I recently completed my master's in the US in 2025 in just one and a half years.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In this AI era, if you don't learn how to use the AI tools properly and integrate them to build custom applications then AI is gonna replace you, otherwise AI will be the biggest trend.
