About Nina
Nina Allen is the founder and owner of Blue Fire Insight LLC, a leadership coaching organization she launched in May 2018. With more than 30 years of experience in corporate spaces, federal government, and healthcare, she facilitates leadership and management training, executive coaching, and personality and behavioral assessments. A retired Air Force senior NCO with five degrees, Allen helps women professionals, including emerging leaders, transitioning service members, and veterans, navigate the complexities of corporate environments. She recently completed her first book on this subject and draws on her own experiences, including a forced career transition from a high-paying executive role, to provide deeper insight and support to her clients.
