01What do you attribute your success to?

Jesus Christ. That's it. With all the things I've gone through in life. There's no way I would have a sound mind. The reality is, as far as coming off a dialysis, that's not typical.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't give up. I stood at my desk when I realized unemployment was running out and literally cried and said, God, I just need an opportunity. And literally the next day or two I got a call. Her assistant said to me, when the door cracks open, kick it in. That was pivotal for me, and I just went for it.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I value integrity, truth, and the value of oneself and each other. We all have value. Love heals everything. I still say thank you, I still hold all the doors, I still make connections. We're not AI.
