Her Interview
Ten minutes with Nina
01What do you attribute your success to?
Primarily education, making sure I got additional education in the field. The more you know, the more confident you are, as well as building relationships. In the industry, the more relationships you have, a lot of work and referrals come from that. I call myself the family realtor because if I work with someone in their family, I end up working with the whole family.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Have an overall plan of what you want to do and a why, besides money. The money and the clients will come if you are very good at what you do, focus on being highly educated and skilled, and actually have a heart for the people. Also, collaboration, understanding that real estate is actually a partnership. Be as flexible as you can, but also a fiduciary for your clients.
