Ten minutes with Nina

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would attribute my success to watching my mom be so successful in her field. As a MD and business owner she has worked so hard her whole life to get to where she is. And she had always instilled that work ethic in me and to strive to be my best in whatever I do.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I would say that the best advice is networking is apart of all fields of work not just sales and business. Aways be ready and able to network wherever you are. My university specifically focused on advancing these skills, and got us ready for those spontaneous interactions that can happen at a work event or even on an airplane.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice for any girl or young woman who wants to go in the the health industry would be to put the work in for your education and be open minded to the changes that come along- explore all your options and take time to enjoy the journey and the people you meet.
