Nina Mills

Nina Mills serves as an Area Leader for Speedway / 7-Eleven, where she oversees 16 store locations throughout Ohio. In this role, she reviews each store's finances and performance metrics on a regular basis, conducts daily store visits four out of five days per week, and provides hands-on coaching and guidance to store leaders to help them meet goals. Mills also acts as a subject matter expert for the company's 7Clean inspection program, reporting weekly on market and store standings to peers and leadership. She leads weekly calls covering inventory metrics, controllables, staffing, and training, and she currently supports a store leader trainee in addition to her 16 locations. Mills has been with Speedway for 23 years, advancing through the ranks after 7-Eleven's acquisition five years ago, and she emphasizes practical, supportive leadership drawn from her own experiences. Her educational background includes Wapakoneta High School and coursework at Lima Tech, now Rhodes, where she is 75 percent complete toward an associate's degree in business.
