Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of entrepreneurial drive, industry experience, and a deep passion for helping others. I owned and grew my own ROI company for five years before successfully selling it to MRO, which was a pivotal moment in my career. With 24 years in the HIM industry, my journey began through family connections and evolved into a lifelong commitment. As a mother of two, I’ve always strived to set a strong example for my children by building a meaningful career and making a lasting impact.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Don't give up! Build meaningful relationships with everyone you meet - you never know when someone you're working with may impact your future in a positive way. Be confident in yourself, what you do best and what you want to do next. Stay adaptable. Make your family and spirituality a priority. Most importantly, protect your energy! Boundaries, rest and meaningful work are part of long-term success. Never be afraid to separate yourself from those who aren't building you up. Growth requires space - and sometimes that means walking away from what's familiar.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are connection, hospitality, and authenticity. Coming from an Italian background, I love cooking —especially making my own sauce and pasta—and hosting friends and family for meals and meaningful time together. That same sense of care and connection carries over into my professional life, where building strong relationships and supporting others is at the heart of what I do. I also value balance and fun—whether it’s a game of volleyball, pickleball, or cheering on a favorite team, staying active and engaged keeps me energized.
