Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the example and guidance of my mother, a hardworking single parent who instilled in me a strong work ethic and the value of perseverance. In my role as an ITT Planning Specialist, I take pride in ensuring that new software rollouts are seamless and effective, reflecting my dedication to excellence in my field. I have worked my way up through multiple positions, continually learning and growing, and I remain committed to advancing my education to strengthen my skills and make a meaningful impact in my work.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple but powerful: be kind and take notes. Being kind, treating everyone with respect, empathy, and generosity, builds lasting relationships and a strong professional reputation. Taking notes ensures that lessons, insights, and feedback are captured, helping me learn continuously and make thoughtful, informed decisions throughout my career. Together, these practices have shaped the way I work, grow, and lead.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, compassion, and purpose are the values that guide both my professional and personal life. In my work, I am committed to ethical leadership, accountability, and delivering high-quality results while fostering trust, collaboration, and respect. I value meaningful contributions that create positive impact and align with my principles. In my personal life, compassion and responsibility are equally important, reflected in my commitment to animal rescue and welfare. As the owner of two rescued corgis, I believe in giving back, caring for others, and living with empathy, consistency, and intention in all that I do.
