Ten minutes with Nisha
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is not to take things too personally. I’ve learned to stay focused, remain professional, and view challenges and feedback as opportunities to learn and grow rather than as personal criticism.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to find a mentor, either while in college or early in your career. A good mentor can provide guidance, share valuable insights, and help you make informed decisions that set you up for long-term success.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI is both a challenge and an opportunity in my field. When overused, it can make content feel repetitive and impersonal, but learning how to use AI strategically for storytelling, public relations, SEO, and content creation can help professionals work more effectively and stay ahead.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Respect is the most important value in both my work and personal life. As a small business owner who works with different personalities, I believe mutual respect is essential to building strong, professional relationships with clients and others.
