01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

As a mentee, you should always have a learning attitude. There will be a lot of people trying to correct you. Just don't get sad or overwhelmed when things are not in your favor. Make sure to tone them as stepping stones to those learning goals. Take things positively. Be very strong enough, be positive enough, and not feel sad about things.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Things are changing very rapidly with AI. Two years back when I joined, AI was not very good at coding, but now AI can code everything. The challenge is to keep up with new AI tools, optimizations for day-to-day tasks, and being up-to-date. Even a week or two of a break and the world has moved so much ahead.
