01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to honesty, discipline, patience, confidence, kindness, integrity, consistency, and hard work. I believe that maintaining a willingness to learn and continuously improve has been equally important. Throughout my career, I have taken on new challenges, including pursuing additional education to strengthen both my technical expertise and leadership capabilities. The hurdles I have encountered have helped me become more resilient and stronger, motivating me to continue moving forward and remain committed to achieving my goals.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

As women, we may have multiple responsibilities involving our families and children, and it can sometimes be challenging to balance those responsibilities with our professional goals. There may also be hurdles or people who discourage us or try to hold us back. My advice is to remain focused on the work you are doing, have clarity about what you want for your future and your family, and establish clear goals for yourself. Set your direction, stay focused on your objectives, and do not allow the opinions of others to distract you. Continue working toward your goals with determination and keep moving forward until you achieve them.
