Ten minutes with Nivia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my roots and my desire to honor the women who came before me, including my mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who endured tremendous hardships. As the first woman in my bloodline to make independent decisions about my future, I am committed to breaking generational patterns and creating a different path. I do this for the women who came before me, those who will follow, and the younger version of myself who needed a woman like me to look up to.
