02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Anytime you wake up is your morning. Life is not about competition. Do things at your own pace.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep in mind that helping people is why you’re into nursing. Money is good, but if you base your job satisfaction on how much you will make, you might be disappointed. So, wake up everyday and have the mindset of a helping hero and you will be fine.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Though, healthcare industry have shortage of nurses the hiring is low because resumes go to AI first for filter before humans can see them. Therefore, qualified nurses are missed and the open positions are still open.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty!
