My faith has also been a guiding force throughout my journey; I seek God’s guidance through prayer and reflection every day, asking for wisdom and direction in the decisions I make. I embrace challenges, learn from my mistakes, and use each experience as an opportunity to grow. By staying grounded, seeking advice, and maintaining a strong sense of purpose, I have been able to navigate my path with resilience and gratitude.

The best career advice I have ever received is to keep pushing forward and remain committed, especially when facing rejection or challenges. My mentor taught me the importance of staying focused on what truly matters, believing in my goals, and not giving up when obstacles arise. She encouraged me to avoid spreading myself too thin and instead dedicate my energy to completing one project at a time with purpose and determination. I have learned that setbacks are opportunities for growth, and success comes from perseverance, staying true to my vision, and following through on the commitments I make.

My advice to young women entering my industry is to remain consistent, seek support, and stay focused on their goals. It is important to ask questions, reach out for guidance, and continue learning throughout the journey. I have learned that balancing personal responsibilities and professional aspirations can be challenging, but finding that balance and staying committed to your vision is essential. As someone who has navigated the demands of raising a family while pursuing my goals, I understand that the path may not always be perfect or straightforward. However, by dedicating time and effort to your chosen field, staying persistent, and continuing to grow, you can create meaningful progress and achieve success.

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is adapting to the growing influence of social media and the increasing demand for online visibility. Today, people want to see, understand, and connect with products and services before making decisions, and digital platforms have become a major part of building trust and credibility. While this shift can feel challenging at times, it also creates new opportunities to showcase my work, connect with a broader audience, and share the value behind what I offer. Embracing these changes, continuing to learn, and finding authentic ways to engage with others are important steps toward growth and success in today’s evolving environment.

The values that are most important to me in both my work and personal life are connection, empowerment, and a commitment to helping others grow. I believe in building meaningful relationships with my students and the people I work with by being present, supportive, and genuinely invested in their success. As an educator, I believe that every child has the ability to learn, even if they learn in different ways, and it is my responsibility to create an environment where they feel valued and encouraged. I strive to pour into others, provide guidance, and empower them to recognize their potential. Making a positive impact through compassion, dedication, and service is at the heart of everything I do.
