Public policy and program leadership professional with experience spanning government, tourism strategy, nonprofit management, and workforce development. Currently serves as Regional Program Manager for the Southeast U.S. at The Jewish Agency for Israel, leading program development and cross-regional execution in a hybrid Miami–Fort Lauderdale setting. In parallel, leads strategic initiatives within Israel’s Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology focused on developing human capital for the high-tech sector. Previously directed strategic planning for national tourism brands at Israel’s Ministry of Tourism and led community and strategic planning initiatives within the Civil Service Commission’s Gender Equality Department. Holds a Master of Public Policy and a master’s degree in Nonprofit/Public/Organizational Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
