Noël Ringstad - MSIS, MBA
Noelle is a technology and product management professional currently working within Emory Digital in healthcare technology, where she focuses on AI evaluation, governance, and process improvement. She is also heavily involved in designing workflows, automation, and AI-enabled tools that streamline onboarding and reduce manual effort across teams.
With more than a decade of experience in the technology space, Noelle’s career began after completing her studies in Information Systems at Georgia Southern University, where she built a strong foundation in enterprise systems and business-technology integration. She started her career as a business analyst at Coca-Cola Enterprises, where an early transition into project management sparked her path into product leadership. From there, she worked across companies including Newell Rubbermaid, Moxie, a medical startup, and The Home Depot, where she spent several years as a technical product manager and later became a product management educator for over 1,000 professionals across the organization.
Throughout her career, Noelle has been recognized for her ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions, as well as for her strengths in process optimization and operational efficiency. She has earned multiple honors, including hackathon People’s Choice Awards and a “Best in Technology” recognition for developing a product management training program, as well as a Golden Shovel Award for delivering an MVP ahead of schedule and under budget. Today, she brings together her expertise in AI, product strategy, and systems thinking to improve healthcare technology while maintaining a strong focus on ethics, safety, and meaningful human impact.
