Over the years, she has been affiliated with several respected brokerages, including Keller Williams, Century 21, and Encore Sotheby’s International Realty, where she spent 13 successful years. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to building strong, meaningful relationships. I consider this both a strength and a gift, and it has been a key driver of my growth. In fact, approximately 80% of my business comes from referrals, which reflects the trust and connections I’ve developed over time.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field right now is the ability to expand referral networks both nationally and globally, as I continue to grow my reach beyond local markets. I am also focused on pursuing opportunities in other state markets, including obtaining a Florida license to support that expansion.
From a market perspective, there is increasing demand for high-end rental properties and flexible housing solutions, particularly among transient clients such as professional athletes and executives who may only stay in a market for a year or two. This shift presents a strong opportunity to better serve clients who value convenience, flexibility, and premium living options.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are faith, family, and building strong relationships. My faith is a guiding force in everything I do, reflected in my commitment to daily devotions and active involvement in my church community. Family is also a top priority for me—as a mother of five, I am deeply committed to being present and supportive. These values naturally extend into my professional life, where I focus on cultivating meaningful, trust-based relationships with others.
