Her Story
About Noelle
Noelle Jones is the founder of KnowEdge Coaching, a business focused on transformational life coaching. She has provided health and fitness coaching for over 15 years and began offering transformational life coaching just over 2 years ago after earning her certification as a transformational life coach. In her practice, Noelle trains clients one-on-one both virtually and in person for fitness needs, conducts transformational life coaching sessions virtually, and leads workshops in both formats. As a wife and mother of two teenagers, she structures her work around these family responsibilities. Noelle attributes her success to showing up authentically on social media without fear of judgment, using her platforms as sources of information and encouragement rather than direct sales, and building relationships by openly sharing her own journey and the application of her methods. She notes challenges in the field include increased noise from many coaches on social media and helping clients understand the value of a structured system of support for achieving results. Her professional goals include shifting her business toward more life coaching while maintaining flexibility to support her family, and she takes pride in her persistence as an entrepreneur through self-discipline and self-worth.

Ten minutes with Noelle
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think the most, a couple of things. I think most importantly is just really showing up as authentically as I personally can on social media and not having the fear of... of judgment, right? Because everyone's story is relative to themselves, so I'm not going to resonate with everyone out there. I don't want to coach everyone, you know? I want... I want to approach people, obviously. But... just... I think it's really just trying to be authentically and... authentic and true to who... who I am. And just to provide, like, I really am working on using getting my social media to a place where it's just... it's a source of information. It's a source of encouragement. It's... you know, I'm not about trying to sell people and pop people off, you know. talk people into working with me, but I know that if I can develop a relationship with them, and they can kind of understand how I not only became a coach, and why I became a coach, but even in my own life, and the work that I've had to do, you know, applying what I teach in my life has given me some examples of why this work works. So I try to work. I'm trying to share that more openly and honestly.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest things... one of the biggest challenges I think that life coaches face is that there's two things. One of them is that, there's a lot more coaches now visible because of social media. Like, it's a lot more in the forefront, like, understanding what personal development and real true transformation is. Like, people are having that conversation more and more. So there is a lot of noise around the business, but it's also helping what I find the most Not challenging, but it's so interesting to me, is getting people to understand that... It's really through a structured system of support that most people will see the best results.
