Her Interview

Ten minutes with Noelle

01What do you attribute your success to?

It's been a lot of luck, a lot of support from friends and family and networks. Being open to new opportunities and experiences, and taking a little bit of a risk. Having people to talk through decisions and remind that there are no bad choices.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Reach out to others and find solidarity because it's a hard field. Prioritize self-care and surround yourself with community so you never feel alone. It's important to share experiences and connect with others going through similar things.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Human connection is key. Relating to folks, hearing their stories, connecting people, expanding networks, and helping people by connecting the dots so exciting things happen.
